and his form has been fantastic over the last month or so.”

With the Hoops out of Europe all attention now turns to next Sunday’s third Old Firm clash of the season.

Lennon’s side are eager to avenge the 2- 1 defeat in December – their first home loss to their arch rivals in nine years – and take another step towards the title.

He added: “The season so far has been good for me and the team. Obviously we would like to win the league – we’d like to win everything.”
