Missing inmate traced by cops

A prisoner who allegedly failed to return to jail after home leave was arrested in Perth yesterday.

Ryan Stewart, 34, was reported missing on Tuesday when he didn’t return to HMP Castle Huntly in Dundee.

He is due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court tomorrow.
