Tributes paid to teen after fatal crash

TRIBUTES have been paid to an 18-year-old man who died in a single-vehicle crash.

Christopher Hillis, from Co Down, was a back-seat passenger in the car when it crashed between Dromara and Killallen in the early hours of Saturday.

The driver of the car, a Vauxhall Corsa, was taken to hospital along with three other passengers, one of whom sustained serious injuries but is now in a stable condition.

Friends of Mr Hillis expressed their shock and condolences at the young man’s death.

One wrote: “Completely heartbroken from the news this morning.”
