Stanley Johnson says they’ll be no talk of Brexit over their family Christmas dinner... the only debate will be about who gets which bit of the turkey.

The I’m a Celebrity... favourite – father to pro-Brexit Boris – says his son will be outnumbered by the majority Remain Johnson clan over the festive period.

“I can imagine us all clustering over the turkey,” he says. “The main area of controversy will be who gets breast and who gets thigh. Whether that’s a metaphor for remain or leave, I don’t know.”

But things might get nastier when they play games after lunch.

“We’ve all got a competitive streak,” he says. “Ping pong, billiards. There’s even a table, I can’t remember whose name is at the top, but I know it’s not mine. My bid is to avoid eviction.”

Stanley says his stint on I’m a Celeb last year was “transformative” as he teams up with daughter Rachel for a new show.
