£50M BID FOR TERRIERS
A BUSINESS consortium backed by European money are ready to offer to buy Huddersfield in a £50million knockdown bid.
Chairman and owner Dean Hoyle, who celebrates his 52nd birthday on Tuesday, is in ill-health and has endured a lengthy hospital stay suffering from pancreatitis. He now wants someone to come in and take his beloved Huddersfield forward.
The Terriers have always been pro-European with two German managers in David Wagner and current boss Jan Siewert.
The consortium, with their European financial backing, believe they are the perfect club in which to invest.
