Sunday Mirror (Northern Ireland) - - News - BY TOBY MCDONALD

GORDON Ramsay says he and wife Tana will not have any more babies after welcoming fifth child Oscar last month.

Tana, 44, had suffered the heartbreak of a late miscarriage in June 2016.

And TV chef Gordon, 52, said: “Five kids are a lot. I don’t think that it is a good idea to keep going.”

Oscar has four doting older siblings in Megan, 21, twins Jack and Holly,

19, and Matilda, 17.

Ramsay said: “Pressure on children today is far greater than when I was growing up. Am

I tough? I am very fair, very honest. We keep them stable. I just want them to find their passion.

“Not relying on me, not about inheritance, fame or first class air tickets.

“So Meg is studying criminology, Holly is into fashion, Jack wants to be in the military and Tilly – Tilly is away with the fairies. One day she’s a doctor, the next she’s a chef. Tilly, whoa!”

Ramsay, who was raised by his mother after his violent alcoholic father’s death, is worth around £150million.

He said: “Part of my drive is one day the fear of not having it.

“When you grew up in the situation in which I grew up, everything you get, you

appreciate 10 times more.”
