HEARTBROKEN Paris Jackson is seeking to reconnect with her superstar father Michael by visiting the French capital for the 10th anniversary of his death.

The 21-year-old is in Europe with musician boyfriend Gabriel Glenn and a group of friends.

Paris – said to have been conceived in the city of love – hopes being there can soften the pain of ongoing child abuse allegations against Jacko.

In a pic posted on Instagram, Paris wrote: “Rare picture of my sincere smile because I’m so happy to be in my second city of origin.”

A friend said: “The last few months have been incredibly hard for her what with the claims that have been made against Michael.

“She retreated and had a lot of reflection.

“But she is in a better space now. There is a lot of trepidation what with the anniversary coming up, but she actually wanted to feel closer to her father and she does now.

“Being in Paris has acted as a healing process for her. It’s helped her considerably.”

In March it was reported Paris had attempted suicide, but she later tweeted: “Lies lies lies omg and more lies.”

Jacko died aged 50 on June 25, 2009 – 10 years ago on Tuesday. He had Paris and sons Prince Michael, 22, and Blanket, 17 – now known as Bigi.

Last week it was claimed the siblings wear jewellery containing Michael’s ashes. The Thriller singer died from acute Propofol intoxication and a golden casket thought to contain his body was installed in a crypt in California.

However, it has now been claimed he was secretly cremated – with reports saying his kids had his remains encased in jewellery shaped like broken hearts.

A source claimed: “The ashes are now in necklaces. Paris and her brothers keep them in locked boxes at home, as they’re afraid of losing the last remains of their father.”

While Paris believes she was conceived in France, her mum Debbie Rowe claims she never had sex with Michael despite bearing two of his kids.
