Pitt punched ac­tors at real film fight club

BRAD Pitt has re­vealed a di­rec­tor once made him and fel­low cast mem­bers punch each other in the face – so they would get to know each other bet­ter.

Pitt, who starred in 1999 movie Fight Club, said the un­named di­rec­tor said to them: “You never learn about some­one un­til you punch him in the face.”

The ac­tor, 55, told a mag­a­zine: “He said it was to help us get com­fort­able with a level of vi­o­lence.

“It wasn’t un­til later that he re­vealed it was also to get us to know each other.”

Pitt played Tyler Dur­den in di­rec­tor David Fincher’s Fight Club, in which of­fice work­ers join a se­cret club to bareknuckl­e brawl.

His lat­est role is as a stunt­man in Quentin Tarantino film Once Upon A Time in Hol­ly­wood.
