Lunch lady’s hoping dessert is on menu

Theresa May’s date night with EU Commission prez Jean-Claude Juncker tomorrow is now an afternoon delight.

They’ve opted for lunch instead of dinner in Brussels. If all goes well, Juncker will tell the EU’s other 27 leaders to prepare for Phase 2 trade talks.
