Hangxiety of a drink binge

NEARLY one in three drinkers feel stressed after boozing, says a survey.

So- called “hangxiety” includes guilt over what they did while drunk.

Experts at Macmillan Cancer Support say too much alcohol depletes our supply of the mood-regulating chemical serotonin.

The charity now wants volunteers to Go Sober for October to raise money.
