Cliff mall still on a roll at 40

A SHOPPING mall used in a famous Cliff Richard video is now 40 years old.

The 130-store Centre:mk in Milton Keynes became the UK’s busiest mall after an opening by PM Margaret Thatcher. Its McDonald’s was the first UK branch outside London.

Singer Cliff roller-skated through the building in 1981 to promote his hit single Wired For Sound.
