When ‘parcel rage’ erupts on doorstep
HALF of all householders admit to suffering “parcel rage” after getting a “Sorry we missed you” card.
They feel angry if they were actually at home and irritation at having to go and collect the package.
Meanwhile, more than a third of people who take in parcels for neighbours hate having to deliver them too when the owners don’t bother to call round.
Research by iParcelBox found that 12 per cent just refuse to take in deliveries.
Founder Paul Needler said: “It’s time to end the culture of pass the parcel with a smart, secure delivery box that can be monitored and opened via a smartphone app.”
