No-deal may see EU panel ruling on our trade rows
BORIS Johnson will find himself up against the EU judges he’s been trying to get away from if he opts for a no-deal Brexit.
That’s because the UK would have to do international business under World Trade Organisation rules.
And as Donald Trump tries to wreck the WTO the EU is planning to step in to save its vital functions by setting up a parallel body.
An insider said: “When the UK has trade disputes with EU countries the PM [would] come up against a similar body to the European Court of Justice he so hates.”
