Chloe to beat ban at stroke

A WOMAN began a record 35th Channel swim last night – hoping for no quarantine on her return.

Aussie Chloe McCardel, 35, said she would stand in Calais for 10 minutes, then start swimming the 21 miles back to Dover.

“We don’t go near border of ficials or passport control, so I hope quarantine won’t apply,” she said.
