SEEING a photo of herself on holiday in Greece and being dumped by her fiancé of six years was the wake-up call Kim Yapp needed to turn her life around.
“Weeks after we got home I was a single mum with a threeyear-old,” says Kim, 30.

The charity worker from Worcester, West
Midlands, switched to meal replacement shakes and low-cal, high-protein meals.

18-month-old son.
“We’ve created the most amazing family,” says Kim. “I have a job
I love and I’m also a weight loss consultant now for the 1:1 Diet by
Cambridge Weight Plan.
“I want to inspire others that anything is possible.”
