KATARINA Johnson-Thompson admits she needs to shake off the dust following her Diamond League return.

The Brit, who won heptathlon world gold last year, finished only sixth in the high jump as the belated season kicked off in Monaco. She said: “I’m not in the best shape.”

But Laura Muir broke Kelly Holmes’ 21-year-old British 1,000m record and said: “It gives me a lot of confidence.”
