YOUTUBER HRVY shot to the top of the Strictly leaderboard as the BBC show made a very emotional comeback on Saturday night.

HRVY and Janette Manrara scored 25 out of 30, one point more than EastEnders’ Maisie Smith and Gorka Marquez, whose samba won a standing ovation.

But it was boxer Nicola Adams’ dance with Katya Jones, 31, that had viewers in tears as they made history as the show’s first same-sex couple.

Nicola, 37, and pro Katya were called “dynamite” by judge Craig Revel Horwood, who added: “What a fantastic, fantastic partnership.”
