A word to the wise is enough

During this time of uncertaint­y, when people are anxious, stressed, confused and restricted, it’s words of wisdom that help to keep me from going completely mad.

A business mentor of mine once said to me: ”Hold your nerve, the storm will pass.” I find myself thinking about those words a lot lately and they just calm me down and help me to find some peace.

My own pearls of wisdom would be: “Find the positive in any negative.”

I know it’s easier said than done, but if you let these words pop up in your mind when you’re feeling down, it can definitely help.

Wise words can be very healing – if you listen and accept them.
