Bear’s filling fine after op
A RESCUED bear no longer has a sore head after root canal treatment cured his toothache.
Fluff, a 21-year-old 600lb brown bear who was rescued from a Bulgarian hunting zone five years ago, had dental problems caused by malnutrition during his younger years.
But he’s now on the mend after animal dentist Peter Kertesz worked on his mouth for three hours at the Wildwood Trust nature reserve in Kent.
A spokesman said: “The pro cedure was a resounding success.”
