Five ways to beat Covid-19

-

A new campaign called Recovery is urging the Government to rethink how it deals with Covid-19 to help people safeguard their livelihoods and wellbeing.

Supporters include former supreme court justice Jonathan Sumption Sump QC, canc cancer specialist Pro Professor Karol Si Sikora, concert p promoter Ha Harvey

Gold Goldsmith and businessman Luke Johnson.

They want the Government to adopt Five Reasonable Demands: 1. Behave with humanity 2. Give equal regard to all lives 3. Hold a comprehensive public inquiry and a balanced public debate 4. Safeguard all that makes life worth living 5. Get the economy moving again.

I welcome this alternative narrative on how to plan our way out of Covid.

We have to act now to save lives, our society and culture, and prevent financial ruin.
