This new adaptation of Roald Dahl’s much-loved book stars Anne Hathaway as The Grand High Witch, who oversees a conference of witches at a hotel in 1960s Alabama.
An orphaned seven-year-old boy (Jahzir Bruno) stumbles across them while staying with his gran, and gets transformed into a mouse. But, with friends, he sets about trying to foil the witches’ dastardly plans. Also stars Octavia Spencer and Stanley Tucci, with narration by Chris Rock.
