Boro join Kamil trail
NOTTINGHAM FOREST could face competition from Middlesbrough for Kamil Grosicki.
The West Brom winger’s loan switch to Forest was this week ruled to have missed the domestic transfer deadline.
An arbitration panel upheld the EFL’s decision to block the deal on the grounds that Forest submitted paperwork after the 5pm cut-off on October 16.
Boro boss Neil Warnock, whose side yesterday beat Chris Hughton’s Forest 1-0, was also eyeing 32-year-old Grosicki for a possible loan.
Warnock’s predecessor Jonathan Woodgate was another admirer of the Poland international, who joined West Brom from Hull in January.
