Bruno, cool & satisfying

-

PUT some Saint Bruno in your pipe and smoke it.

Marcus Rashford is rightly earning all the love right now for his selfless work towards our nation’s future happiness and prosperity.

Not talking ‘levelling up’ or ‘equal opportunity’. Getting it done.

But his Manchester United team-mate Bruno Fernandes (above) is still probably just shading it on the pitch.

Bruno’s been the patron saint of Old Trafford since arriving ready-rubbed in January – and he ain’t stopping.

The Portuguese firestarter has scored in 12 of his last 20 United starts, including four of his six starts this season.

Like Rashford he was on the bench in midweek, came on, waved his wand for 5-0, then a light supper and bed. There should be no issues of legginess for United or Arsenal (4.30pm) after their Euro commitments – the Gunners even played the reserves, and both were at home.

But Arsenal aren’t quite catching fire, and their record against the best sides has been poor.

Stick with Fernandes ‘anytime scorer’ at 9/5 (888sport, Unibet).

And bet ‘penalty scored in match’ at 11/5 (Paddy) – there’s been at least one in six of United’s nine games so far.

Last week: Winners at 12/5 and 5/6
