Never ignore suspect acts

-

I was forwarded the most shocking and horrifying video footage I’ve witnessed in a long time. It shows a man abducting a schoolgirl in broad daylight.

The hooded snatcher is seen walking off with the youngster when the woman behind the camera shouts: ”Let her go, what are you doing with her?” The man replies: ”This is my sister, this is man’s family.” To which the woman replies: “So what are you doing in the corner with her?”

The footage shows her telling the man she is following him. After a while, he abandons the girl, who is then heard sobbing: “I don’t know him – I’m really scared.”

The video was shared online and a 26-year-old man was later arrested over alleged abduction and rape charges.

I raised this story to highlight and applaud the bravery of the woman who rescued the victim.

It’s a reminder to us all that if we see something suspicious, we under no circumstances ignore it.
