MARCUS RASHFORD needed that goal against Real Sociedad on Thursday.

His form since the start of the year has been patchy, to say the least.

Rashford has one goal in his last nine Premier League appearances and that was in the 9-0 walkover against Southampton.

Rashford’s performance in last Sunday’s draw at West Brom was average, at best. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has to take some responsibility as he seems unable to settle on a best attacking combination.
