Boy, 5, killed by coup army

A BOY of five shot dead yesterday was among 100 people killed on Myanmar’s bloodiest day since a military coup last month.

The assault by troops on Armed Forces Day took the total deaths above 400.

Thu Ya Zaw, of Myingyan, said: “They’re killing us like... chickens.”
