NIGEL CLOUGH hailed midfielder Stephen Quinn after his sensational equaliser for Mansfield.

Quinn’s volley cancelled out Kaiyne Woolery’s opener and Clough said: “It took a quality strike to get us that goal. Quinn was as good as anyone on the pitch, his intelligence and desire stands out a mile.”

The home side lost goalkeeper and captain Scott Davies to injury and assistant manager Ian Dawes said: “I think his Achilles snapped on him, so he’ll get a scan to confirm that.”
