STAY A CLASS ACT, WILDER

AS far as I know, Chris Wilder has yet to respond to the comments from Sheffield United owner Prince Abdullah bin Musa’ad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Good. Let’s hope it stays that way. Prince Abdullah decided to go on TV and detail two attempts from Wilder (below) to resign and to reveal his request for £4million in compensation.

He also questioned Wilder’s judgement over transfers.

To try to publicly discredit the man who has taken your club into the Premier League is tacky.

A wonderful relationship came, for one reason or another, to an end. Move on and stay classy.

That, hopefully, is what Wilder will do.
