Paint it blackout, Sharon

ACTRESS Sharon Stone covers hotel windows with tinfoil – because another Stone told her it helps get a good night’s sleep.
The Basic Instinct star got the tip from Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger.
Sharon, seen left in a social media post to mark her 63rd birthday last month, says
Mick gave a great on-the-road tip when she met him. “He told me to get any decent sleep, when he got to a new town, he bought multiple rolls of aluminium foil and masking tape and then put the foil all over the windows in the hotel rooms.” She adds in her book The Beauty of Living Twice: “I did this. My room was a tomb. I’d come in and fall on to the bed fully clothed and my cat, Boxer, would wrap himself around my head, digging his claws into me, padding me until I fell asleep.”
Paint It Black singer Jagger, 77, has other regular rituals on the road. He once said: “I have Bob Marley things I move around to. I do a couple of tunes for a dance warm-up.”
