LILLE leapfrogged title rivals Paris Saint-Germain to grab the lead in Ligue 1 as Neymar saw red.

Jonathan David’s winner sunk the lacklustre French champions, who will be sweating over defending their crown with just seven games remaining. Having lost their past two matches, Lille had seemingly opened the door to PSG but Canada striker David’s deflected first-half goal sunk Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Their woes were compounded late on when Neymar was sent off for a second yellow card after shoving Tiago Djalo, who also saw red for a foul-mouthed rant.
