Fury at BBC schedule wipe-out

VIEWERS have complained to the BBC over its decision to replace its TV schedules with blanket coverage of the Duke’s death.

It has now provided an online grievances form. Viewing figures fell for the BBC – and for ITV, which also came under fire for dropping its entire listings.

But in contrast, one viewer wrote: “Have to give credit to the BBC for their coverage of Prince Philip. They’ve finally managed to capture the country’s mood.”
