First-world problems were highlighted by reality star Khloé Kardashian this week when she tried to get an unfiltered photo of herself removed from social media. I understand it’s not very nice when someone posts an unflattering photo of you but, in this case, Khloé looks fantastic – realistic and natural. I guess that’s why she’s so angry and upset because she only views herself through filters, lighting and illusions.

I do not want to belittle her anxiety over something that makes her upset but, at the same time, this 36-year-old woman must learn to love herself for who she is and not focus so much attention on the superficial.

As an influencer with millions of followers, what kind of a message is she sending to her young, impressionable followers – that unless you look fake, you’re not really beautiful?
