I’ll be fasting in memory of my dear dad

In memory of my amazing dad, who sadly passed away during the month of Ramadan in 1998, I have decided to fast for four weeks.

I’ll be joining Muslims around the world, who will focus on self-discipline, charity, generosity, self-awareness, kindness, prayer and togetherness during this holy month.

Ramadan is all about family and friends coming together. But sadly this year, due to lockdown rules, this will be very limited.
