King’s on hot streak for Wolves

Hull FC v Warrington

- JULIE STOTT

Today, 3pm

ENGLAND World Cup hopeful Toby King has made a flying start for Warrington this season, with five tries in three games – but he still fears an ear-bashing from coach Steve Price.

And the Wolves centre knows he’ll have to step up his game against unbeaten Hull today – or take a ticking off for any blunders.

Despite two tries and a man-of-the-match display in the Challenge Cup win over Swinton, King, 24, said: “I was a bit scared of going into the changing rooms.

“Price had said before the game ‘no errors’, and I made one or two. You get carried away sometimes when you see chances – but I need to know when to keep hold of the ball.”

King and his left-sided team-mates have been responsible for 15 of Warrington’s 17 tries.

But that flank will be hit today, with winger Tom Lineham starting a three-game ban.

Gareth Widdop, Mike Cooper and Jack

Hughes return after being rested for the Cup game, but there is still no debut for Aussie superstar Greg Inglis.

Hull welcome back Marc Sneyd from a slight injury, but halfback Josh Reynolds and forwards Manu Ma’u and Ligi Sao are ruled out.
