ROTHERHAM boss Paul Warne has admitted his side are showing signs of fatigue ahead of today’s must-win visit of Birmingham.

The Millers slipped to a potentially disastrous 1-0 defeat at home to relegation rivals Coventry on Thursday night.

Today’s visit of Lee Bowyer’s Blues is the fourth and final game in eight days for Warne’s men amid a gruelling fixture pile-up. Crucially, the Millers’ fate remains in their own hands but Warne (above) said: “We looked a bit jaded on Thursday. We will try to pick up the lads and go again but losing to Coventry was a blow.

“We have to play all these games in eight days and it’s just unfortunate for us with the order they go in. I’m hoping to see a response against Birmingham and if we get a result, we’ll come away feeling good about ourselves.”
