PM stalling over holiday

BORIS Johnson is dithering over an annual bank holiday to remember Covid victims.

Campaigners want March 23 to be Covid Memorial Day and a permanent Whitehall memorial for victims.

While the PM is likely to agree to the memorial he is less keen on the £2.3billion in lost output bank holidays cost.
