Frank speaks of his pride at seeing the teenager’s transformation.

Pharrell says: “I reckon I’d be in prison, or dead, if I hadn’t got into the exercise. I was getting excluded from schools and in a bad place.

“I was arrested for criminal damage. I really got into the boxing though and now I’m going to train to be a personal trainer.”
