Minaj & Petty are sued for ‘harassment’
RAPPER Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty are being sued for alleged harassment by a woman who accused Petty of raping her 27 years ago.
The claimant, 43, alleges she has suffered an “onslaught of harassing calls and unsolicited visits” from Minaj, Kenneth Petty and their associates.
She claims they offered her $500,000 (£360,000) to revoke her story that Petty attacked her as a 16-yearold in New York in 1994.
Petty, 43 who has a baby son with Minaj, 38, admitted attempted rape at the time. He spent fourand-a-half years in prison.
The lawsuit claims that after Petty was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender in California last year, the couple tried to get her to recant her claims.
