Arnie cheats injury in car crash horror
ARNOLD Schwarzenegger’s 17ft SUV lies on top of a crushed Toyota Prius after the Terminator star was involved in a terrifying collision.
The ex-governor of California, 74, was at the wheel of his GMC Yukon following a family meal and half a mile from his home when the fourvehicle crash took place.
A woman driving the Prius was taken to hospital with head injuries.
Arnie, who was unhurt, is under investigation over claims he may have gone through a red light as he turned on to Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard at 4.35pm.
The Total Recall star was not given a ticket and had earlier been to lunch with his son Patrick, 28, and daughter Christina, 30.
A police spokesman said: “Neither alcohol or drugs are suspected as a factor. All parties remained at scene.”
The red Prius was said to have been making a U-turn in the road before Friday’s collision.
Arnie’s black SUV, which weighs around two and a half tons, then started to roll on top of a white Porsche Cayenne behind him.
Witnesses said the concerned actor had checked on the condition of the injured woman and had spoken to police and firefighters at
the scene.
