DOUBLE-MAKER

WORLD No.2 Aryna Sabalenka jokingly raised her arms in triumph after a series of double faults.
The Wimbledon semifinalist sent down 12 double faults in her first-round win and started her secondround match with six in her first service game on her way to a total of 19. But the Belarussian (right) beat No.31 seed Market Vondrousova 4-6 6-3 6-1 – and then won over the crowd in her post-match interview.
“I am really happy mostly I am happy I made only 10 double faults,” she said in selfmocking triumph.
