Colchester 1 Swindon 1
BEN GARNER admitted that conceding a stoppage-time equaliser at nine-man Colchester was a bitter pill to swallow.
Emyr Huws scored in the 92nd-minute after Harry McKirdy’s goal had looked set to win it.
Colchester had both goalkeeper Shamal George and captain Luke Chambers sent off, and Garner said: “It was very, very frustrating. We should have had more goals and throughout the game we were dominant.”
Colchester interim assistant boss Joe Dunne said: “It was great that we kept going until the very end.”
