Woolworths missed most

SHOPPERS still miss Woolworths despite the store chain being shut for well over a decade.

A poll revealed Woolies, which collapsed during the 2008 financial crisis, was the most missed failed chain, followed by Debenhams which disappeared from high streets last year.

Next were Mothercare, Laura Ashley and Topshop.

Delivery website ParcelHero, which carried out the survey, said: “It seems we miss Woolworths’ eclectic mix of products.”
