Charlton 3 AFC Wimbledon 2

-

MARK ROBINSON was left disappointed at his AFC Wimbledon side’s set-piece vulnerability.

Ethan Chislett and Ben Heneghan were on target for the Dons, while Ryan Inniss, Conor Washington and Akin Famewo replied for Charlton.

Robinson said: “Narrow defeat, small margins. We’ve got done at two set-pieces, which is a strength of ours.

“We’re disappointed, as it’s not something that happens very often.”

Addicks manager

Johnnie Jackson said: “The game was a little too open for my liking at times. But we won not being at our best, which is pleasing.

“I was very confident our results would turn. I had full trust in the players. Three wins on the bounce is really pleasing.”
