I’m having a slice of guilt

Some people use social media to ask how they can mend something that seems broken, and usually someone will know how.

As an idle joke I mentioned on Twitter: “I have a Hewlett Packard toaster, model E176927 4-slice variable fuel injection with added “crunchy-crust”, that only warms to 80%. Can I fix this?”

And so many people took it seriously and sent suggestions I can’t help feeling slightly guilty.
