BY JOHN RICHARDSON THERE will be some familiar faces waiting to ambush Liverpool’s Champions League ambitions at the San Siro.

Alexis Sanchez, Edin Dzeko, Matteo Darmian and Aleksandar Kolarov, who have all played in the Premier League, are part of the Inter Milan squad hoping to build on last season’s Serie A title.

For Sanchez it is about proving he is better than the £500,000-a-week flop that Manchester United fans witnessed.

His former boss Jose Mourinho said: “At Manchester United he was a sad figure.

“He is happy at Inter. He belongs in Italy.”
