Fans snap up Greggs gear

SHOPPERS packed into Primark stores yesterday to get their hands on the new Greggs pastry-themed clothing range.

The budget fashion retailer and the high street bakery have collaborated to produce T-shirts, tracksuit bottoms, bucket hats, underwear, socks and sliders, priced £7 to £16.

In Northumberland Street in Newcastle, shoppers queued before 8am, many clutching breakfast from Greggs as they waited for the store to open.
