LEEDS are planning to repel any offers for star-man Raphinha until January 2023 at the earliest.

That’s because Elland Road bigwigs know that if the winger, 25, shines for Brazil at the Qatar World Cup his value will rocket.

Manchester United and Liverpool have been linked with the star, as have Barcelona and Real Madrid.

When he joined Leeds from Rennes in 2020, Raphinha penned a fouryear deal and the club want to tie him down for longer.

But he could be worth three times the £17million Leeds paid for him if he plays well for club and country between now and the end of the year.
