LUTON boss Nathan Jones praised evergreen Cameron Jerome, as his side beat West Brom.
The 35-year-old netted his first league goal for the Hatters, supplied the second strike, and hit the post in the first half.
Luton are now within two points of the play-offs, and showed a fine response to their shock defeat at Birmingham.
Jones felt both Jerome and fellow striker Elijah Adebayo will be a problem for defenders. He said: “Cameron’s all-round play was excellent, and he was a threat – he should have scored in the first half. It was a great header for the opening goal.
“That’s why we brought him in, so that he challenges Elijah, but together they’re a handful.
“We’ve got to a point now where it’s not about the opposition, but about us. We concentrate on ourselves.”
Jerome hit the post at the end of the first half, before opening the scoring 10 minutes after the break when he connected with a Kai Naismith free-kick. Luton looked
