Flo can go... for £62m!

TOM HOPKINSON MANCHESTER CITY have joined the race to land hot German sensation Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen.

The attacking midfielder has emerged as one of the bright young things in the Bundesliga.

His form has also sparked interest from Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Leverkusen have rejected any chance of negotiating with Bayern, however, and will only accept overseas offers.

The 19-year-old is under contract until 2026 but it is thought Leverkusen would consider offers of around £62million.
