-

PAUL SIMPSON saluted his Carlisle side’s desire as they came from behind to win.

Davis Keillor-Dunn saw a spot-kick saved by Mark Howard before Latics ace Hallam Hope netted.

Omari Patrick levelled and Morgan Feeney’s lastgasp header sealed a third win in three for Simpson.

He said: “I’ve seen plenty of character in the lads since I returned. To now be looking at nine points from those three games is absolutely magnificent.”

Oldham boss John Sheridan said: “It was the manner of the defeat that frustrates me.”
